Betts Psychiatric, PC is committed to protecting the privacy of your health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable Idaho law. Please don't send health information by email or web form

Standard email and the contact options on this website are not secure or HIPAA-compliant. Please do not include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or other protected health information in website forms or ordinary email. To communicate clinical information securely, use our patient portal or call our office.

Information this website collects

This site is primarily informational. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site (such as pages viewed and general location). Embedded tools — including our appointment booking widget, new-patient request form, patient portal, and the map — are operated by third parties and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Telehealth & secure technology

We use secure platforms for telehealth visits and the patient portal, and any optional Ambient AI documentation tools are used only with your consent, with all documentation reviewed by your clinician. See our office policies for details.
